Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits(Wikipedia). Innovation in teaching is very relevant and key point for nation building. Teaching  the whole learner does not mean we disregard academic achievement, it just mean we refuse to disregard everything else important. In my ideas make lesson plan more interesting for kids and enable teachers.

Lesson plan create for different students according  theire style such as visual, verbal & auditory. Assistive technology use for specially disabilities student. Conduct  digital poll enhance verbal and presentation skill and incorporate technology skill with core competency lessons. Create game modern academy environment academy for kids by which they can enjoy 3D game and movies. Provide kids and student 3D lab that interactive multimedia presentation. Use psychological learning teaching theory for poor and distinguish students.

Learn independent skill related with real word, soft and practical skill. Provide self security, yoga and health for all student. Teaching, lesson and curriculum design have to be flexible. Make plan productive in their future. Provide Knowledge about local history of ecology and culture heritage. Always try to make teaching material  the connection between consumption and creation which based on 'Satysm ,Shivam & Suderam' concept. Always follow Johns Hence statement 'what 

am I doing for student that they could be doing for them selve'. Teachers try to give best for the student which vision 'Present which and eyes of the future'. Identify student what want to do in future and fine same one else who is doing it and learn from them. Teacher and school administration identify in the past few years about the important of failures, take risk and fail fast. Learn from their experience and bring the knowledge and share with all students.

Teacher is not only a teacher, he is also leader which transfer capacity vision into their student related real world. Develop a talent in  in field leadership, professional learning and learner revaluation.. teacher always focus online learners students experience classroom and design of having in the class room , personalization of learning related with teaching assessment. The goal as a teacher always fair and simple such as:

        1. Student to enjoy in the class and find success in learning.

        2. Challenge student and give them and opportunity to grow.

        3. To make sure there hard work in class showed on the learning assessment that where measured.

We get student talking during class in real way. Discussion always simple plan focus on their analysis line out of a worksheet. Always focus teacher about the curriculum and plan how how did  make relevant & make sure student are understanding your plan content & concept. Innovative teaching inside of the box. teacher always try to search it. Teacher always teach student co-relate with stories, example, practical practice agriculture field, hold tour , give knowledge importance of nature, environment issues, problem and solution with example. Idea in the field of  innovationin teaching is not sufficient, it always change with related subjects.
